About Mrs. Caro
Hi! My name is Melissa Loga Caro. This is my thirteenth year of teaching. I taught for ten years in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. I moved to Gonzales in August, 2008. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. I then went on to graduate from The University of New Orleans with a Master of Education. I am certified to teach first through eighth grade.
I was a lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish, and have lived in Pilottown, Boothville, Jesuit Bend, and Belle Chasse. I have been married to Tim for ten years and we have one child. His name is Brice and he's eight years old. I also have two adorable puppies, Luke and Basil.
